All the plants of Wing Chun are accredited with ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Certification. we is dedicated to quality and has both R&D (research and development) and QA (quality assurance) departments in all manufacturing sites. Our QA and R&D department work closely . and to ensure clients products pass the necessary quality tests.
In our designs, we encourage the reduction of plastic components, the use of fewer materials, less energy to produce, minimizing production waste, and encourage cost savings, the use of FSC®-C156449 or recycled material.
Colour matching and colour consistency is always a priority at Wing Chun . we accredited with the G7 Master qualification which is granted to printers that uses the modern technology based on colorimetry, and employ G7 process controls.
Product safety and sustainability goes together hand in hand. The safety of products is the safety of humans. The contribution to the safety of humans and its survival is sustainability. That is why we prioritize product quality throughout our manufacturing process. We comply with all mandatory safety standards that are set up for products across different industries, such as toys, cosmetics ,pharmaceuticals and food packaging. Our stringent execute the use of QS & ISO 22000 take all necessary steps to provide products that are safe and secure to end-users.
We have a fully seamless production flow between our factory production areas to our warehouses. we have adopted intelligent management system to safety pack finished goods into cartons and transport them to our warehouse ready for shipping and delivery. With many years of exporting experience, we take measures to ensure that your product is well protected and not damaged on the way. We also offer a variety of delivery options depending on customer scheduling. Throughout the many years, we’ve exported internationally to over 20 cities in more than 10 countries.
